He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stanbaugh and Fannie Irene Sipe (Baker); his brothers, Clarence, Jr., Donald, Edward and Loy Sipe; and his stepson James Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. (Brown); his siblings, Jo Boyd (David), Sharon Hoover (Ronald), Jerry, Wayne and Allan Sipe (Gloria); his stepchildren, George Garrett (Lindsay), Sarah Martin (Joe) and Kimberly Rittenhouse (Cody); and his stepgrandchildren, Grace, Gavin, James, Peyton, Mason and Brooklyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
