It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lasek (Middletown, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Lasek and Helen T. Lasek (Puza); and his wife Rene M. Lasek (Gould). He is survived by: his children, Shelly Valentino (Charles) of Bluffton, Sharon Hower (Joseph) of Mechanicsburg and Thomas Lasek (Sherri); his brother James Lasek (Anna) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Bryan Valentino (Carrie), Matthew Valentino (Christel), Tres Valentino (Tasha), Ashilee Lasek and Tyler Lasek; and his great grandchild Harper Valentino. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital or to a local Humane Society or SPCA.
