He was predeceased by: his parents, Regis P. Douglass and Geraldine Douglass (Zerbee); and his brothers, John Edward Douglass, Thomas Paul Douglass and James Anthony Douglass.
He is survived by: his siblings, David L. Douglass (Sue), William J. Douglass, Joan Martin and Marie Bartone.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church (280 N Race St, Middletown, PA 17057). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (401 E Main St, Middletown, PA 17057).
