He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Budd Franks and Dorris Franks (Templin); his sons, Rickey E. Franks, Jr. of Middletown, Leroy Franks (Tiffany) of Marysville and Jeremy Franks (Jamie) of Elizabethtown; his stepdaughters, Susan Halbleib, Lisa Martin and Amanda Slade; his siblings, Susan Dunkleberger (Steve) and Harry Shaffner; his aunt Patricia Shank; and his son Anthony E. Franks. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
