He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray W. Sweger and Ruth E. Sweger (Yingst); his spouse Hildred Dean Sweger (Gallion); and his brother Ray Sweger. He is survived by: his children, Richard R. Sweger, Jr. (Linda) of Etters, PA, Robert W. Sweger (Sheila) of Willow Street, PA, Melanie R. Love (Roger) of Etters, PA and Michael D. Sweger (Amy) of Elizabethtown, PA; his brothers, Charles Sweger of Millersburg, PA and Ronald Sweger of Harrisburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Lucas, Sarah, Jacob, Jordan, Kiana, Cameron, Erica, Rebecca, Rachel and Dylan.
The family requests that all attendees wear masks during the visitation and services.
