He was predeceased by: his parent William Robert Moore. He is survived by: his parent Anna Schaeffer Moore (Keefer); his former wife Bonnie L. Moore of Hampstead, MD; his daughters, Sheri A. Ritz (Jim) of Millers, MD and Christie L. Carr (Sean) of Monkton, MD.; his grandchildren, Cayla, Lynzie Ritz, Ellie and Cullen Carr; his brother Herbert C. Moore (Marianne) of Middletown; and his nephews, Richard and David Moore.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dick's memory to the American Heart Association.
