Richard Costik Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Costik (Middletown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 15, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helene Costik and Michael Costik; his son John Michael; and his siblings, Michael, Edward, Josephine, Stella, Mary and Helen.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Richard N. Costik, Jr. (Barbara), Marce Graybill, Tim Costik, Steve Costik (Amy) and Brian Costik (Mary); his grandchildren, Megan, Daniel, Leanne, Nicholas, Lindsey, Stevie, Jordan, Katie, Brandon, Paige, Alex, Taylor and Kylie; his children-in-law, David Graybill and Candace Costik; his brother Ed's; and also Jeanne Costik. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many other assorted relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dick's name to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation or the Londonderry Fire Company.
