He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Bibb and Catherine V. Bibb (McCann); his wife Gloria; and his granddaughter Samantha. He is survived by: his children, Richard D. (Laura Bibb) of Shillington, PA, Beverly A. (James Bailey) of Harrisburg and Kathleen B. (Oscar Leon) of Hummelstown; his brothers, William D. Bibb and James E. (Carol Bibb); and his grandchildren, Seth Kunder, Jordon Bibb, Brett Bibb, Alanna Leon and Olivia Leon. He is also survived by his two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
