He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas and Dorothy Grassi, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Grassi; his children, Nichole Tedesco (Daniel) and Nicholas Grassi III (Tonia); and his stepdaughter Christine Glatfelter (Gabe).

Due to COVID-19 limitations attendance will be restricted to immediate and extended family only.
