He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Weltmer, and Leona May Weltmer, Sr. (Rader); and his siblings, Jaclyn Adkins and Carl "Toad" Weltmer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" A. Weltmer (Finnefrock); his daughters, Amy Weltmer of Scottsdale, AZ, Erin Ebersole (Tim) of Middletown and Elyse Scheckler of Harrisburg; his brothers, Barry Weltmer of Cresco and Arthur Weltmer of New Cumberland; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Aubrey and Gavin Ebersole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
