He is survived by: his parents, Barbra Guckavan (Drury) of Middletown, PA and James F. Guckavan of Allegheny County, PA.; his siblings, Ian Guckavan of Middletown, Kiera Guckavan of Middletown and Gavin Guckavan of Middletown; and his grandparents, Anthony R. Drury, Mary Anne Drury and Eileen Fitzgerald. He is also survived by several other uncles, aunts and cousins.
