She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Witherow and Catherine M. Bryant Kunkel. She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Willman; her children, Frank I. Witherow (Cynthia) of Newville and Barbara A. Duvall (Richard) of Mechanicsburg; and her brother Elmer Witherow of Etters. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 33 Great-Grandchildren.
