It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Shambaugh (Middletown, Pennsylvania), born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 23, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bixler and Mary Bixler (Reed); and her grandson Christopher Shambaugh. She is survived by: her sons, Robert W. Shambaugh (Lydia Sadauskas) of Marietta, Frederick T. Shambaugh of Houtzdale and Eric B. Shambaugh (Brenda) of Calais; and her sisters, Jean Smith (Harper) of Dillsburg and Carol Morrow (Richard) of Hummelstown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
