She was predeceased by: her parents, George W Myers and Clara E. Myers (Slesser); and her siblings, Gene, Charles, George, Jr., Evelyn, Catherine, Betty, Jane and Helen.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Terry L. Couch (Sidnye) of Parkland and Ronald G. Couch (Peggy) of Palmyra; her grandchildren, Terri Linn Gunnell (Luke) and Lawrence M. Couch (Jill) of Parkland, FL.; her great grandchildren, Madeline G. Gunnell and Montgomery T. Gunnell; and her sisters, Charlene A. Oakley and Alda Ryan.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to New Beginnings Church.
