He was predeceased by: his parent Earl P. Dowhower. He is survived by: his parent Eva M. Dowhower (Stoudt); his wife Brenda Dowhower (Hold); and his children, Linda M. Easter (Harold), Wayne B. Cox (Brenda), Bruce R. Cox (Louise), Craig M. Cox (Cheryl), Daniel L. Dowhower and Bradley S. Dowhower (Denise).
