"Addie" Milheim (Shane) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Madison, Mallory Milheim, Raegan and Jase Turnbull; her pet Bentlee; her niece Karen Rex; her nephews, Christopher Rex (Cassie) and Matthew Rex (Sam); and her close friends, Bob, Marlene and Karen Jenson.
