She was predeceased by: her parent Leo Carrillo; her son John Allsup Jr.; her siblings, Robert Carrillo, Winfield Gantz and Reba Romain; and her grandson Guy Allsup Jr..

She is survived by: her parent Nellie Carrillo; her husband John C. Allsup Sr.; her children, Kimberlee Scott (Cecil), Guy Allsup, Robin Allsup, Stephanie Allsup of Middletown, Leslie Allsup-Kelly (Larry), Vincent Allsup (Tsani) and Matthew Allsup (Nicole) of Harrisburg; her daughter-in-law Charlene Forney of Elizabethtown; her siblings, Harold Carrillo and June Eloisa; and her grandchildren, Taneisha Mitchell, Heather Allsup, Blake Allsup, Julian Allsup, Christine Gantz, Marcus Allsup, Shannon Mosley, Camille McCahan and Vincent Allsup. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
