She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Collins and Alice Collins (Rhue); her husband Andrew Billy; and her daughter Teresa A. Wieber. She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Billy (Amy) of Hershey, Alex Billy (Dianne) of Middletown and Mary A. Wesley (Christopher) of Freehold, NJ. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
