He was predeceased by: his father Charles Bair, Jr.; and his brother Charles Bair, III. He is survived by: his mother Esther Bair (Duncan); his children, Tyler W. Bair (Alyssa) of Elizabethtown and Marissa D. Bair; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Mason, Mac Bair and Brooklynn Beers.
