He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold C. Chocklette and Anna C. Chocklette (Troutman); and his brother John Chocklette. He is survived by: his wife Lois Jean Chocklette (Hershey); his daughter Becky L. Chocklette; and his sisters, Mary Strange (Vance) and Shirley Sheaffer (John).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to Hilltop Christian Nursery School, 330 Hilltop Road, Hummelstown.
