He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry N. Stum and Leona (Bender); his wife Sarah Augustina Bender (Smyth); his children, Anthony Bender (Katherine) of Etters, Steven Bender of England and Leanne Schwenk of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Tiffany Plunkett, Christopher Bender, Andrew Schwenk, Dawson Barrett, Ella Grace Bender and Alexis Sheffield; and his son-in-law Timothy Schwenk of Hershey. He was also cherished by three siblings.
