She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Phillips and Madeline Phillips (Wheeler). She is survived by: her significant other Richard Hahn (Hondo); her children, James E. Ray (Kay Delong Weitzel) of Hummelstown and Sue A. Ruhland (Dale) of Shippensburg; her brother Jackie Phillips of Virginia; her grandchildren, Crystal Torres (Zachary), Tasia Bell (Leonard), Mary Gayman (Corey) and Sabrina Ray; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Kaycee, Makayla, Aiden, Braxtin and Colin.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gift of Life Family House @ giftoflifefamilyhouse.org.
