It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Schlum Jr. of Middletown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Charles J. Schlum of Lemoyne and Cheryl A. Schlum of Elizabethtown; and his grandchildren, Brittany LewEllyn (Chris), Amoreena Lane (Brandon), Miranda Denardo (Dan), Logan Beard, Madison and Chase Schlum. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 4 stepchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to The Humane Society of the United States, 1255 23rd St., NW, Suite 450, Washington, DC 20037.
