He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ortiz and Manuela Ortiz (Ribera); and his sisters, Yolanda Ortiz and Josephine Cortez. He is survived by: his children, JJ Ortiz of Harrisburg and Heather Ortiz; his siblings, Chris Ortiz, David Ortiz, Raymond Ortiz and Kathy Ortiz Nbarro; and his grandchildren, Harrison Ortiz, Josie Ortiz, Ana Willis, Ian Willis, Rosita Willis and Hunter Magaro.
