McCullough; his grandchildren, Britain, Garrett, Andrea, Owen and Collin; and his brother Kirk W. McCullough.
Burial: Private In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Episcopal Community Services in Philadelphia.
