He was predeceased by: his father John W. Nipper; and his brother Craig Allen. He is survived by: his mother Margaret L. Nipper (Cresswell); his daughter Jasmine D. Bohn (Jeremiah) of Johnstown; his sister Pamela K. Collins; and his nieces, Stephanie Hale (Greg) of Readyville, TN. and Fawn Bennett of Middletown, PA..
