He was predeceased by: his father John W. Nipper; and his brother Craig Allen. He is survived by: his mother Margaret L. Nipper (Cresswell); his daughter Jasmine D. Bohn (Jeremiah) of Johnstown; his sister Pamela K. Collins; and his nieces, Stephanie Hale (Greg) of Readyville, TN. and Fawn Bennett of Middletown, PA..

Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (260 E Main St, Middletown, PA 17057). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Middletown Cemetery (675 N Spring St, Middletown, PA 17057).
