He is survived by: his sons, John D. Rutter, III and Michael V. Rutter (Nicole); and his siblings, Paul Reinhard, Alice Cleland, Anna Marie Fornwalt, Mary Jones, Charlene Rutter and Sue Ann Ritzman.
