He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley A. Weaver; and his brother Bradley S. Clendenin. He is survived by: his father John S. Clendenin, II; his sister Misery; his stepmother Patricia; and his brother Michael G. Weaver (Jamie) of Enola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
