Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jody Lynn Kooiman of Middletown, Pennsylvania, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away at the age of 54, on April 5, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Lee and Betty Lou Faber (Moss); and her spouse Stacey LaVern Kooiman. She is survived by: her brothers, Jeff (Christy Faber) and Joel (Cassie Faber); her nieces and nephews, Katherine, Joel Woudstra, Stacey, Kaleb Harmon, Branden Faber, Ethan Faber, Rachelle Faber, Addison Faber and Carson Faber; her brother Todd (Janet Kooiman); and also, LaVern "Butch" and Sheila Kooiman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Kooiman and Faber Families for future designation.
