It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Marie Tate of Middletown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Marie Tate to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Lush and Mary Ann Lush (Power); her husband Bobbie J. Tate; and her siblings, Robert J. Lush and Shirley A. Lush.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ann Fleck (David), Wanda M. Perriens, Sherry A. Tate of Middletown, Deborah L. White of Harrisburg and Beth Rzonca; and her siblings, James J. Lush (Mary) of Canada, Clara M. Lush and Mary Ann Mathisen (Tim). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid, masks are required for the service. Inurnment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent in Joan's name to her church using the address above or to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011 Washington, DC 20090-6011.
