She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel, Jr. Fallinger and Mildred E. Fallinger (Clark); and her husband Loy L. Sipe, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Loy L. Sipe, Jr. (Marsha), Daniel P. Sipe Sr. (Sue), Penny J. Davis, April M. Weiss (Bill) and Amy I. Dettinger (David); and her brothers, Samuel H. Fallinger (Donna) and David Fallinger (Velvet). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren.
Due to the restrictions of COVID-19 the funeral services will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent in Jo Ann's name to your local church.
