He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur E. Kinley. He is survived by: his mother Nelda Kerstetter Kinley; his wife Barbara E. Kinley; and his siblings, Greta M. Crescenzi of Duncannon, Michael R. Kinley (Caroline) of Union and David E. Kinley (Denise) of Hershey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
