He was predeceased by: his stepson Alex Borochaner. He is survived by: his parents, George, Jr. of Forks Township and Marleen "Judi" Moffo (Foose) of Forks Township; his stepson Bryan Borochaner of Morgantown, PA; his brothers, Brian Moffo (Lori) of Nazareth and Gary Moffo (Merry) of Forks Township; and his nieces and nephews, Tyler Moffo, Zachary Moffo, Braegen Moffo, Matthew Moffo, Riley Moffo and Emma Moffo.
