She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Bangert and Myrtle G. (Sennett); her husband Donald E. Bortner; her grandson Leonard J. Kelly; her sister Bessie Lingle; and her niece Betty Lou.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald E. Bortner (Jamel), Leonard J. Kelly (Kim) and Michael L. Kelly (Lori); her grandchildren, Douglas, Ryan, Ashley Shay, Kelsey, Bryn, Bryce, Zaira and Caelan; her close friend Martin Smarsh; her nieces, Georgia and Jean; and her nephew Richard. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
