He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses L. Ebersole and Elma M. Ebersole (Hertzler). He is survived by: his sisters, Delores K. Wells (David) of Olathe, KS, Nancy C. Musser (Phillip) of Mount Joy, Rosene "Rose" S. Hunking (William) of Elizabethtown and Marilyn J. Hess (Robin) of Mount Joy. He is also survived by eight nephews and nine nieces, as well as Jay's extended family and caring friends.
