James Douglass Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Douglass (Middletown, Pennsylvania), born in Gallitzin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 30, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Regis Douglass; his children, Joan Borne and Patrick Douglass; and his siblings, Jack Douglass and Thomas Douglass.

He is survived by: his parent Geraldine Douglass (Zerby); his daughter Kathleen M. Huntzinger (Christopher) of Harrisburg; his siblings, Joan Martin, Marie Bartone, Robert, David and Bill Douglass; and his grandchildren, Katherine Borne, James Borne, Emalee, Sarah and Jack Douglass. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Butch's memory to the Middletown Food Bank, where several of his siblings volunteer.
