He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Hall and Katharine Hall (late Marie); and his brother William Hall. He is survived by: his children, Colleen Carullo (Michael), Kathleen Mancill (Alan), James P. Hall and Kelly Rigby (William). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
