He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob E. Radabaugh and Evelyn Radabaugh (Miner); his daughter April Seiler; and his brother Michael Radabaugh. He is survived by: his children, Jacob L. Radabaugh, Jr. of Middletown, Jodi L. Jah of Middletown and Jennifer Seiler of Goldsboro. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
