He was predeceased by: his parents, Miriam Cooper (Lyter) and Donald D. Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Cooper (Barrett); his children, Donray O. Cooper, Shawn J. Cooper (Katy) and Cheryl A. R. Long; his brothers, Kevin Cooper, Scott Cooper and Brian Cooper; and his grandchildren, Dylan Cooper, Jaxson Miller, Kastan Cooper and Wyatt Cooper.
