We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2023, at the age of 73, Howard Russell Hoch of Middletown, Pennsylvania, born in Hackensack, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell H. Hoch and Dorothy M. Reber Hoch; his wife S. Diane Hoch; and his brother Kenneth C. Hoch. He is survived by: his siblings, Frederick M. Hoch (Jane) of Middletown and Lois J. Malsman (Alan) of Deerfield Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
