He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Henderson and Myrtle L. Henderson (Wadleigh); his son Herbert P. Henderson II; and his uncle Jack Davis. He is survived by: his wife Audra Henderson (Pehowic); his children, Julie A. Henderson (Tom Willis), Kellie A. Henderson and Mark P. Henderson (Nicole); his grandchildren, Aarron P. Henderson (Joey Ribecchi), Alaina P. Lawrence (Mykael), Nikelle E. Henderson, William D. Doremus, Davis P. Henderson and Jude P. Henderson; and his great grandchild Palmer S. Lawrence.
