She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Bell Holmes-Bair and Fred Moore; and her husband Israel Grier. She is survived by: her children, Wanda E. Brooks (Henry), Victoria Richardson, Anita Holmes-Wilson, Napoleon K. Holmes (Kelly) and Richard B. Terry (Michelle); her foster son Jim Evans; and her brother Victor Bair (Barbara). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
