She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rudy and Cela Rudy (Kerr); her husband Lee Dougherty; her daughter Virginia R. Grogan; her grandchild Heather Peterman; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Michael and Gabriel; and her siblings, George Rudy, Margaret "Peg" Stubb and June Clements.
She is survived by: her children, John Dougherty, Robert Dougherty, David Dougherty (Sherri), Julie Dougherty and Leann Bucher (Duke); her stepchildren, Terry Dougherty of Daniel Dougherty, Kay Ann Torsell, Joyce Peterman and Debra Battuello; and her siblings, Edward Rudy, Roby Correa and Ruth Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Licoln Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042.
