He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold N. Chapman and Sarah China (Martinez); and his granddaughter Amanda Mroz. He is survived by: his spouse Dena Chapman (Porr); his daughters, Sherry Chapman (Christopher Urban) and Christine Mroz; his granddaughter Alicia Boorse of Gabrielle Mroz; his great grandchildren, Malayah Boorse, Kamriee Rhinesmith, Daniel Bretz, Lucus Rhinesmith and Gracelyn Mroz; and his sisters, Cindy Cox and Kathy Evans (Charles). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Harold's name to the Elizabeth Loranzo iCare Foundation, 737 Adelia St. Middletown, PA 17057.
