He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Sr. Plott and Theo Plott (Hanshue); his daughter Yvonne L. Owens; and his siblings, Walter, John Plott, Myrtle Kaminski, Anna Fager and Dawn Schramm.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy L. Hicks (Stephen), Tammy L. Kreiser (Earl) of Middletown and Sandy L. Adams (Glenn) of Lebanon; his sisters, Lois Plott and Catherine Krodel; and his grandchildren, Michael Fritz (Misty) of Newport, Joshua Hicks (Catherine), Stephanie Hicks, Adam Kreiser of Middletown, Amanda Kreiser of Harrisburg, Jordon Reider of Middletown and Andrea Reider of Middletown. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
