He is survived by: his wife Tina Benscoter (Eshbach); his daughter Nicole Moore; his grandson Tyler Moore; his brother Lewis Benscoter (Cathy); his sister-in-law Karen Benscoter; his nephews, Erik, Jason and Kyle Benscoter; and his pet Kenzie.
