He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A., Sr. and Anna M. Houser (Welsh); and his siblings, Robert Houser and Joan Walkinshaw. He is survived by: his wife Mary K. (Manfred); his sons, Frank A. Houser, III (Shellimar) of Halifax and Todd M. Houser (Jennifer) of Middletown; his sisters, Susan Zeigler, Carol Kinnley and Shirley Sowers; and his grandchildren, Misty, Erin, Megin and Todd "TJ" Houser.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Frank's name to St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 121 N. Spring St. Middletown, PA 17057.
