He is survived by: his wife Joan Kasper (Michaels); his sons, Francis Kasper (Taffy Deimler) of Middletown and Jim Kasper (Donna Kasper) of Upper St; his grandchildren, Jason Kasper (Natasha Kasper), Quinton Miller and Hailey Miller of Upper St; his sisters, Arlene Blew of Elizabethtown, PA and Betty Lou Frye of Mahanoy City; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Yost of Mahanoy City and William Blew of Elizabethtown, PA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, great nieces and nephews.
