It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Arnold (Middletown, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 2, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; her son Keith; her granddaughter Jaclyn; and her sister Edythe Young. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Joan), Mark (Joyce), Judith Welch (Brian) and Matthew Arnold; her grandchildren, Stephen of Elizabeth, Mark Jr., Brett, Samantha and Kathryn of Sarah, Bryan; her great grandchildren, Mason and Davis; and her sister Ada DiTullio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
