With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Ida Oswald (Middletown, Pennsylvania), born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Rowe and Blanche Rowe (Weaver); her husband Frederick P. Oswald; and her brothers, Wilkes Rowe and Elwood Rowe.
She is survived by: her son Gary F. Oswald; her daughter-in-law Rebecca L. Oswald; her grandchildren, Matthew C. Oswald and Ashley M. Bower; her son-in-law Johnathan C. Bower; and her great grandchild Jack C. Bower.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ethel's name may be made to her church, St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4200 Londonderry Road Harrisburg, PA 17109.
